Review the request details and photos. If you have questions, use the chat feature to talk to the shipper. Once you are ready, submit your bid and wait.
If your bid is accepted, we will notify you and schedule the haul. Use the Hauled Pro app to find the optimal route to the job, notify the customer, take photos, and more.

Answer: There are no fees or commissions to find hauling. Use the service as much as you want at no cost. Premium features such as dispatching software are available with a paid subscription.
Question: What are the requirements to sign up as a carriers?
Answer: We require your business and contact information. We perform online research for every business including BBB checks and a review of business websites, social media accounts, and customer reviews.
Question: Do I need a smart phone?
Answer: No, but we encourage all carriers to use the Hauled Pro app. Without the app, you will not be able to participate in our on-demand program or receive hauling requests where GPS is requested.
Question: Is there a penalty for bad reviews?
Answer: Feedback is vital to the quality of our marketplace. As with any credible grievance process, we first evaluate both sides of the story before making a final decision. If there is a negative trend against the business, we reserve the right to remove the business from our marketplace.
