Answer: There are no fees or commissions to ship with Hauled. Use the service as much as you want at no cost. Premium features such as dispatching software are available with a paid subscription.
Question: What are the requirements to sign up as a shipper?
Answer: We require your business and contact information. We perform online research for every business including BBB checks and a review of business websites, social media accounts, and customer reviews.
Question: Can I cancel a hauling request?
Answer: We understand that things out of our control happen from time to time. For that reason, shippers can reschedule or cancel a hauling request within 48 hours of the haul date by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Question: Is there a penalty for bad reviews?
Answer: Feedback is vital to the quality of our marketplace. As with any credible grievance process, we first evaluate both sides of the story before making a final decision. If there is a negative trend against the business, we reserve the right to remove the business from our marketplace.
